Frank Van Herwegen, also known as DJ F.R.A.N.K., has been a full-time DJ and producer since 1986. With a career spanning over three decades, his influence on the Belgian music scene is immeasurable.

DJ F.R.A.N.K. has been a fixture at iconic venues for years. He’s been a resident DJ at CARRE in Willebroek for 32 years, standing strong since its opening. Additionally, he spent 24 years at Dixies in Brasschaat, 15 years at Highstreet in Hoogstraten, and since 2016, he’s been a resident at The Villa in Antwerp. Over the course of his remarkable career, DJ F.R.A.N.K. has performed at over 7500 gigs, a testament to his enduring popularity.

Adding to his list of accomplishments, DJ F.R.A.N.K. holds the title of Master of Ceremony at Back To The 80s, 90’s & 00’s in the Antwerp Sportpaleis, a position he’s held since 2017. He played a significant role in the establishment of the renowned Jumper label, which produced hits still played today during the 90s.

In March 2022, he graced the Belgian Pavilion at the World Expo in Dubai, where he was honored with the title of Official Belgian Music Ambassador.

Since September 2022, his mixes have been lighting up the airwaves of QMusic, one of Flanders’ most beloved national radio stations. Make sure to tune in every Friday night to QParty, following the shows of Regi and Lost Frequencies.

The year 2023 promises to be a grand celebration! “From the left to the right” has been energizing Flanders for a decade. “Discotex” is already in its 12th year, and “Summerjam” is hailed as a true classic with 20 years under its belt. DJ F.R.A.N.K. had the honor of opening Zomerhit 2023 on VRT1 alongside the Underdog Project in July 2023.
