Emma Heesters from the Netherlands is mostly known for her YouTube covers of popular hits. At a young age, she developed a big passion for singing and dancing. At the age of 8, Emma won her first prize at the Dutch song festival of Kinderen voor Kinderen in 2004. At the age of 14, Emma began performing professionally, doing almost 100 gigs a year.
Emma is an extremely dedicated and passionate singer, performer and YouTube sensation. Emma began uploading covers not so long ago, and in the last year has rocketed into an established league with 1 million subscribers, an impressive 90 million YouTube views and a devoted following all over the world tuning in daily to her weekly uploads.
A recent viral hit of Emma’s joint cover of ‘Work by Rihanna’ shot to over 10 million views on YouTube in a few months, followed by her rendition of Let Me Love You which is now counting at over 7M views, and most recently her cover of Despacito with YouTube star Jason Chen which is counting at a combined 10 million views.
Emma has recently signed to Universal’s Republic Records in New York and is now working in the studio with multi-platinum and Grammy Award winning record producers & writers to build an artist identity that matches her flawless vocals and edgy, yet stunning image; – working up to a long-lasting solo career which we’re confident will turn to reality faster than expected.
